I still don't buy it, too many variables to control for. Even their own study only uses margarine and soy based oils, which are already bad for you and full of processed chemicals. It's like saying all meat causes cancer because you force fed someone bags of pepperoni every meal.

This isn't the 70s, most have guards that make them just as easy as open coil. Sure, nothing will beat glass or induction for cleaning, but it's not a Herculean task.

I have three ring burners to use outdoors at my terrace and at the parties. Two of them have three rings for general use and one has five for a big paella pan. Very utilitarian accessories all in all.
