Fried chicken is absolutely delicious, easy to make, and keeps pretty well over the course of a day or two.

They do it outside because they're deep frying. It's like in the USA, when you deep fry a turkey for thanksgiving, you do that shit outside. It's a lotta goddamn oil, and it lessens the danger of starting a housefire.

The old grandpa from Grandpa's Kitchen. They get donations and use them to feed a bunch of orphans and untouchables or whatever.

I like his shit because he's friendly and it seems comfy af, but I'd never eat anything he cooks because he does it in the middle of a farm with animals sitting there watching.

That said, he's seemingly more hygienic than all the other old Indian dude cooking channels and actually washes stuff pretty aggressively.
