I'm no MBA, but the burgers I've had in most other countries are so bad that McDonald's is considered the burger of choice. So you'd probably have better luck staying where you are. Unless you're in Canada, which has some legit burgers but is basically America-Lite.

Houstonfag here. I really wouldn't worry that we don't have an In-n-out yet. Houston is one of the best food cities in the nation right now. If you want a good burger, off the op of my head try any of these:

Bernies Burger Bus (they have brick and mortar locations too)
Hubcap Grill
Stanton City Bites
Burger Joint
Lankford Grocery

and if you really feel like you need a burger establishment from a liberal place we have Hop Doddy from Austin now too.
