A Ukranian guy back in high school would bring a persimmon, hot peppers, and a gallon of water for lunch every day. Sometimes he would bring a small container of a rice dish. Not gross just somewhat odd. He was a health nut and fasted a lot, I think the peppers were part of his cleanse
