When I got my wisdom teeth out there wasn't much swelling and I felt totally fine the next day. Pudding was easy to eat, a sandwich was easy to eat, and by the time dinner rolled around I thought "yeah, I'm pretty sure I can have some tortilla chips." Well, just because chewing is easy doesn't mean you won't get a sharp crunchy shard straight into your open tooth hole when you bite down on a chip. Don't get too comfortable until your mouth heals.

I got one removed yesterday too. I've just been eating yogurt and shit. Meal replacement shakes. Then I'll graduate to scrambled eggs, mac and cheese, stuff like that. After a week you should be fine to eat most things as long as they aren't crunchy. I'd wait until the wound fully heals to eat chips or any shit like that. You REALLY do not want those to get stuck in your sockets, trust me.
