Spicy chicken deluxe and grab some texas pete's to put on there. Waffle fries and your choice of drink, their lite lemonade is decent and seasonally they do a peach shake, but all that's pretty heavy for one meal. Their grilled nuggets are decent with sweet sriracha sauce, too. I like spice, though, so you may want to opt for just the regular chicken deluxe and a difference sauce if you prefer milder flavors.

I just don't see what the hype is. It's not like chick-fil-a doesn't hire black kids, not that I see that as a problem, the service is identical to every other fast food place around me. As a matter of fact the chick-fil-a's here don't really have the most sociable employees. I certainly wouldn't call it bad service and the place is always clean. But at least the ones I've been to are on par with everything else (except hardee's. Those places are disgusting).

I don't understand this? Is this a problem in larger cities? Here even the employees at McDonald's and KFC are clean, friendly and presentable. The only 2 places I've ever been around here that hired questionable looking people were Hardee's and Popeyes. Which are also the only 2 dirty fast food places around here.

Chic-Fil-A is fast food, yes. but it's the only fast food place with consistently good customer service, workers that are pleasant to speak with, and a restaurant that's always clean.

in a time of bitterness and cynicism about so many things, Chic-Fil-A is unironically good. no place is perfect, but, for the occasional family night out together for dinner, it's a good option

It’s /CK/ you’re allowed to make your own shit and I’ll inform you how. The big secret behind chick-fil-a’s shit is pickle brine, any will do, so you’re gonna need
A jar of pickles (while or krinkle cut)
Chicken (whatever parts you like for frying)
Bbq sauce (your fave kc style sauce)
Cheap-ass white bread bun
Flour (and black pepper, salt, paprika Yadda yadda you should have or find a seasoned flour recipe you like by now)
Eggy and milky (50/50 for dippin)
Instructions:
Brine your chicken in the pickle brine. You can add buttermilk if you want but the brine is the important bit

Set up dipping stations: one bowl egg was the other your seasoned flour (which you have sprinkled with pickle brine and beaten with a fork to make nice tasty crunchy bits on your tenders)

Set up frying station (deep fryer or pan you’ll be flipping the chicken around in, either will do but you’ll have to alter cook times)

Finally- the final sandwich assembly
Dip a wad of your brined chicken of choice (preferably roughly the size of your palm) in your egg wash, then press into seasoned flour with (SMALL) pickle juice clumps, be sure to try to pick up as many clumps as possible for extra crispy chicken. I’m assuming you don’t have a deep fryer, so you’re going to fry the chicken in a shallow pan on both sides until a nice golden brown (if it’s palm thicc it’ll be cooked through) next, microwave your bun for 5-15 seconds depending on shiftiness of microwave, put appropriate amount of correct condiment in with two pickle wedges, and assemble sandwich.

The toppest of meals is a spicy chicken sandwich by itself and an 8 count nuggets with chicken fill a sauce instead of fries. Get mayo for the spicy chicken sandwich. Also, I always eat the pickles off the sandwich before applying mayo.
