For me? I'll have a healthy time-tested glass of fresh cold cow's milk.

Reminder to call it nut water. Your phony nut water can't compete with nature's own delicious milk.

You seem a bit upset my friend. How about taking some time out to enjoy a glass of fresh, cold cow's milk?

I used to eat this growing up as a child, "badam milk".

Soak almonds 6 hours to overnight.
Boil 2 cups good quality milk, add a bit of ground green cardamom. Blend almonds in some water (high-powered is best) and stir into milk. Additional sugar optional but unnecessary if you have good milk.
I imagine nutmeg or cinnamon would work well too.

there's barely any almonds in that trash and it has to use stabilizers to compensate. Pic related is actually good almond milk. The sweetened one isnt overly sweet and is delicious on its own. One thing I can't have without dairy milk though is cereal, tastes like trash with anything else.
