Cheese cake is the best desert of all time. The number one topping for me is a hard choice between strawberry or raspberry sauce. I prefer my cheesecake pure and only with those sauces. Anything else is a waste of the effort it takes to make a cheesecake.

These are both almost as good as cheesecake. I bought a torch just for creme brulee. The most satisfying part of that desert is tapping your spoon on the sugar shell on top before cracking into the creamy interior. That desert is such a trippy experience.

I do the same thing. Not a fatty but RICOTTA CHEESECAKE is the best dessert. I only make it a few times per year but when I do I have a piece with every meal and usually snack on it in between too. Can't make it too often or I'd die.

My first encounter with cheese cake was at a buffet. The “cheese cake” looked an awful lot like brie with chocolate sauce on top, but I just thought to myself that looks can be deceiving.
