I have been eating this as of late, not like normal yogurt that has some shape/ form to it, this stuff just pours right out almost like cream. It would be good for smoothies I'm sure, but I just pour out a 1/4th of the container and eat it as is. Does not taste like most other yogurt either, I can't really describe it though. The company names the live bacteria or whatever the yogurt contains and I've heard that is good for gut health, hence why I consume it. Also does not have much sugar either.

It says 32 oz at the bottom. A gallon is 16 cups. 32oz is 4 cups so this is 1/4th of a gallon. Wish they made it in 5 gallon buckets though, I would buy them but these are the largest I have found in my local stores.
