What do when tired of standard meat selections?

Only have your traditional big store names in the area that don't cater to much anything else than your typical beef, pork, chicken and fish. I feel like I need some new type of meat to refresh my palate.

Honestly; offal is a great way to push your palate and is often healthier and cheaper than standard cuts
Get yourself a bag of chicken hearts and one of fish roes
Learn to cook them well
If you really want to try new species; goat, duck, rabbit, and turkey are all pretty get-able if you look around, as well as game and allsorts of seafood
