I read about oil pulling a couple years ago but I figured using coke would be better since it would help dissolve anything stuck on my teeth. Been doing that after every meal, 15 minutes or so each time. Haven't needed to brush or floss since. Can't wait to go to the dentist and show him how I've outwitted the dental hygiene Jew (which would also be him presumably).

toothpaste is full of fluoride and brushing your teeth is LITERALLY what causes cavities, which is why dentists tell you to do it. your teeth naturally develop a thin lining that protects them. humans don't naturally get cavities. bad breath? everyones breath is a little bad, but a person who hasn't brushed for years, like me, has noticeably more neutral breath than a frequent brusher - because your microbiome is supposed to handle your mouth. your mouth is gonna be full of microbes, period. you need to develop a beneficial culture in there rather than genociding them multiple times a day, allowing only the most virulent and caustic strains to survive.

straight fucking dope. stop brushing. when i was a kid my parents didn't care about me so i refused to brush for some reason. haven't brushed my teeth in over a decade, just make sure there's no food particles in there. NEVER had ONE single tiny cavity, teeth are white and strong.

When I was growing up, I hated brushing my teeth. I was never taught, just expected me to know, so it was a messy process. My parents only bought either the really strong peppermint toothpaste, or the cinnamon kind, and either way it burned my mouth when I tried to use it. Because of that, I stopped brushing at all during adolescence. I had only gone to the dentist once, around age 7. When taking x-rays, they just forced the hard plastic pads into my mouth, which was immensely painful and cut up my gums and the inside of my cheek. I protested going to the dentist for many years after that, and my parents never forced me.

I always had cavities, but once I'd surrendered any pretense of brushing, everything went to hell. There was less than a year before I noticed a small hole on my molar. I remained quiet, as ever, and did nothing about it. It got a little bit worse with every passing week, though. I still remember when half the outer surface of my second-in molar from my right side crumbled to pieces. The rest of my upper molars would follow.

It was about a year before I truly noticed the pain. Especially when I was going to sleep, I was helpless against it. It was sharp, it was throbbing, it was constant, and it only got worse. After another year and a half of intensifying, I could only get to sleep at night by taking 100mg of Benadryl. Every night. By the time I begged my parents to take me to the dentist, it was too late. They couldn't be saved. Root canals and crowns were the best I could hope for. Insurance wouldn't cover that, though. Checking dentist after dentist, the work would have cost us several thousand dollars. I could either get the four of my upper molars pulled, and be almost entirely unable to eat, or live with the pain.

I chose the latter. Eventually, I got my crowns, but one of the root canals didn't take. It got infected, and I still had to get a molar pulled.
It's my permanent mark of shame.
Brush your fucking teeth.

Nigger, let me give you my tooth powder recipe to avoid the flouride jew:

1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp xylitol
3-4 drops of peppermint oil, or other flavor of your choice.

The xylitol fucks with tooth decaying bacteria. They eat it, but it doesn't agree with them and they die. The salt and baking soda are the abrasives.

It doesn't matter if you swallow or not dumb dumb, the oil is going to creep down your throat and into your lungs. That's what oil does, it doesn't neatly form into bubbles like water on a pane of glass. So far your body has been able to take care of it and it hasn't put you in the hospital. Plenty of people have not been so lucky. There's a very good reason doctors recommend pulling with water (or cola in my case) instead of oil.

These days I brush at least twice a day with an electric brush, with high flouride if I can get it cheap or free from the dentist.

I also go through dental picks (those little Y things with floss in the middle) like a madman, use them after eating anything, incessantly.

Actually managed to go to the dentist without them finding anything wrong with me/things they wanted to do for once, and since those fucks are like auto-mechanics I felt kinda good about that

The thing about sugary drinks and your teeth is that the amount of sugar consumed doesn't really matter, it's about how long and how often your teeth are exposed to it. So if you go ahead and just drink the two drinks promptly, that's much easier on your teeth than sipping all day on one.

You can look up what Scientology does to harass, bully, and intimidate those that oppose their religion. They systematically invaded the government at several levels in operation snow white. They kidnap, drug, and emotionally/financially/psychologically abuse members into submission. They think a higher power bestowed them as the chosen race.
Yet J*ws invading government to effect public policy? Never
