Vanilla essence, a teaspoon
1 egg
1 and a 1/2 cups plain all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Chocolate chips, i use a whole bag or you can use a cup and a half

Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla, recream. Sift in flour and baking soda, stir so dough partially forms and add your choc chips and fully form dough. Preheat oven to 320f - add 1 inch balls of dough 3 inches apart on baking tray. Cook for 15 minutes or until as appears in picture. Rinse, repeat until dough gone.
