You need to season any food to make it taste good.
Besides, all you're adding is salt. You're not adding oil or anything.
They undergo a chemical reaction when their natural oils reach high temperatures and it makes them taste good. What's the problem?

They're a great fitness food raw, but they don't actually taste that good unless you roast them.

The best raw nuts are cashews, which is shame because plebs always roast them and they're expensive as fuck right now for some reason
