If you dont like mushrooms you should try species aside from white button, crimini, and portobello(the species found in most supermarkets). They contain a substance called agaritine which is carcinogenic and often 10% or more remains even after cooking. Oyster, shiitake, maitake, wood-ear, etc. are much better tasting and better for your health
