Father brought me shrimp back from Florida. Going to grill it tomorrow but can't decide between a steak or some smoke sasauge/bratwurst to go with it. Should I get steak or sausage?

I like to gorge on shrimp by themselves
but if you need to do something else with them, steak rather than sausage/bratwurst, easier to make a little sauce to pour over the shrimp
