I tried one of those recently because I kept seeing them posted and they were in the reach in waiting in line at the grocery store and it was fucking terrible. Tasted like shit and I only drank a quarter but had a splitting headache for the rest of the day.

I had the opposite reaction. I hate regular monster and I tried the "low carb" one (black can w/ blue logo) and its nasty as fuck but I found the ultra zero to be strangely pleasant. The taste isn't too strong and I didn't get a headache like I usually do from energy drinks.

I don't really drink energy drinks, or even coffee, but always prefer a decent cup of coffee. The only energy drink I semi-regularly buy (mostly for work) is M-150.

monster zero ultra is ok, and i drink them regularly, because it is hard to get the other varieties in my country..

I've been /sip/ping anywhere from 1 to 14 times a week for the last 2 years or so, I started using them as preworkout before sipposting was a thing and have no regrets. Well aware that if I'd have just bought instant coffee or caffeine pills and vitamin b pills I'd have saved probably a few hundred quid but sips are worth the investment.

I was drinking a lot of Monster Rehab for a while. It's pretty much the only one that tastes good because it's just an Arnold Palmer with caffeine. Now I just drink Kevita kombucha because it's not as bad for you and they add a bunch of caffeine.
