>drinking (((water)))
Water is just empty calories, lmao, I haven't paid for water in years. Just eat plenty of cucumbers and tomatoes and you will be fine, it'll even have vitamins and minerals unlike water.

>> No.10833917

yeah. i chug about 8 oz when i wake up and keep a water bottle next to my bed at night.

throughout the day i drink about 64 oz through water fountains or whatever. its very important to stay hydrated.

I drink between 3-4.5L of water a day, this place is way to warm for me so it's one of the few ways to cool down.

I've heard the best amount of water is your body weight (pounds) halved into fluid ounces.
if you weigh 200 pounds then 100 ounces of water is what you should drink per day
>>10833833
yes, but not as much as what I just preached above. just enough not to die. I should change my ways, but I love very sweet iced tea too much to think about changing

Most counties do bare minimum for tap water. The more expensive places do have nice tap water, but for a month every year they put sulfur in ours

RIGHT!
my pops says he don't like the taste of water and it almost make me mad. I don't think I've ever seen him drink it. and my ma only drinks it when at a restaurant because soda is so overpriced, and that's the only time.
I wonder how I'm an offspring of these folks, seriously water is my favorite subject to ponder, I only ponder it because no one wants to talk about water and it's properties. hell even when I mention structurized water here, hardly anyone will chime in, but water and it's changing ways is really amazing. plus it's the only thing on earth that can be all three a solid, gas and liquid
how many of you all on this board has ever played a loop of classical music to a open five gallon jug of water in your home while your out for a few hours running errands?
have you ever told the water how much you LOVE it?
I have. and if you freeze water that has been around classical music for a few hours it takes a lot longer to melt than unstructurized water. it might not seem like that big of a deal, but just knowing that it can transform from music or my intention is fascinating to me, whats even better, maybe worse? is my brain is almost 75% water and it makes up like 60% of my total body. HOLY SHIT!!!

Only drink this amount during june-july, have been doing it for a couple of years since I'm horrible with heat, 20°C is enough to have me half dead, -42°C is the lowest I've experienced and it was bearable.
Did the counting and apparently 3.5L a day is the "best amount of water" I can drink (110kg, or 242lbs for you northern mexicans), currently on keto to lose some weight, goal is 80kg/176lbs.
