Avoid ready meals
The most common GM crops are soy, corn, canola and cottonseed (rapeseed). Its not necessarily the crop itself which is harmful, though the fertilizers/herbicides and pesticides they are treated with can be. These crops are used in a huge variety of processed foods.
So eat fresh fruit and veg, good quality meat, free range eggs and quality dairy. Avoid grains/carbs/refined sugar. Its nigh on impossible to totally remove GM foods from your diet, though you can minimize.
Grow your own veg and get some chooks is best if you have the space.

Megacorporations can be good and bad just like anything else. There isn't anything inherently wrong with GMO foods, and if you have problems with them instead of just the pesticides or maybe the business practices associated with them, you've misplaced your concerns.

I think that's pretty skewed. The reason megacorporations make sense right now is because of Western obsession with value, and large scale operations are more profitable so they continuously merge and buy up smaller companies. Almost anything can be done at small scale as well, just with higher cost.

Those Christians tend to cite Leviticus, which does condone stoning for sexual sins. This may seem nonsensical since Jesus advocated a less violent approach and to be more merciful, but what he actually is recorded as saying takes a backseat to the Bible as a whole for such people.
