Most frozen whitefish is fine if prepared properly.

But you can't really expect anything that's been breaded to be of very high quality. Flavors will leach into one another. If you're buying frozen, don't buy prepared meals if you can avoid it. They have to treat those extra harsh before putting the freeze on 'em.
