Have a nice house in a quiet neighborhood with outdoor shit accessible in a 15 minute drive from me. The house I have would cost 3-8x the cost anywhere in the greater Seattle+Tacoma metro. Any way, I live in Seattle now and I'm not a fan. It's super expensive, homeless every where, old RVs all over the road where people live in too, and generally trashy all over (especially down town side walks).
