Rich enough to have a personal chef that makes everything from scratch? The top ones have connections to the best ingredient sources like the best restaurants do. Also, rich people throw away TONS of food, as cooks have to have even mundane items like different types of bread made in case sir or madam wants a sandwich. They may make entire batches of rolls or baked items -- typically in a relatively dingy chef's kitchen (or 'catering kitchen') away from the immaculate family kitchen -- that are never touched and end up being thrown away.

Also, if it's a very rich family, they have to maintain several residences and of course all the options have to be available everywhere, so it's not uncommon to have favorite breakfast cereals pointlessly flown around the country.

Based on my very close experience, rich people are usually:

- Very tacky and as classless as the poorest people

- Pretty virulently racist

- Ego-driven and easily manipulated

- Have to be forced to eat nutritional foods and greens
