My favorite all time burger is just the classics, ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, sweet relish, chopped sweet onion.

Lately I've been trying to experiment with recreating a really good burger I got at a Southwest fusion cuisine once. Blackened patty, mexican cheeses, red onion, cilantro, and some kind of spicy sauce, cilantro I've been trying mixes of mayo/cholula and the like, hasn't been right. The original had a toasted kaiser but I've been experimenting with others. The potato rolls weren't very good.
