After a while, what do you expect? How many historic MRE's do you think he can afford to buy for himself and for his viewers? Honestly I was watching some Steve's from 2016 and the only videos he seem'd happy in were the ones where he got smokes.

I think he might just be bummed out on a personal level, man. Depression is real, and often times you just keep going through the motions even if your heart's not in it, especially if you have people waiting on you or expecting things from you. The American one comes in a single, easy to carry pouch that's very hard to fuck up when you're on the run. No cans needed. No can openers needed. No rigid containers.
