Thanks! Fries tasted good, I probably should have dried them more before making them. The compound butter really added to the steak, esp after it was seared on hot coals.

Yeah. I marinated half a pork loin roast overnight (balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh strawberries/basil/thyme, lemon zest, green cardamon pods, salt/pepper), hence the color on the cuts without flour.

Pretty good. I think the strawberry reduction would have had a better texture if it were a puree instead of finely diced strawberries. I could use a few fresh strawberries slices for garnish to keep the same visual theme. Sweetness was just right, maybe a tiny bit more basil and mint next time.
