I can tell you the IHOPs by me are packed every morning, with the weekends being the absolute worst. By 1:00, it's empty, and then it's a ghost town past 6:00. They are trying to get the lunch/dinner crowd, but that's going to be hard with the glut of mediocre chain restaurants that already exist, and to break into that group with burgers, a food that's basically offered everywhere at varying prices. Good luck to them.
