do you / have you ever worked as a wagecuck in the fast food industry anon? got any stories or tips from the inside?

i used to work at domino's during uni. can't say anything was that gross and the vegetables are indeed no longer than a day old in the fridge. here are some tips (several years old and from canada but they probably haven't changed):

1. do you find the pizza to doughy but don't like that weird pita-like thincrust? order your pizza "on a brooklyn style dough". they'll use a doughball from the size just under to make it thinner.

2. do you like extra cheese but hate paying for it? order a hawaiian stye, remove ham & pineapple and add your own toppings. you get extra cheese for free.

3. the lava cake upsells are annoying as shit but you should try one at least once, trust me.

Domino's cult ex driver reporting in. Bought a case of the cheesesteak meat once, got sick of that pretty quickly. Also you can make greek salads from the ingredients they have. Favorite staff pizzas were probably variants of thin crust "pizza crackers" with tomato on top after cooking.

hey we did too! desu people talked a lot of shit about the quality of domino's but it was always a hell of a lot fresher than any other place i knew of.

I worked at a subway when I was in highschool. Sometimes customers were dicks and always having to close the store sucked because you end up being alone all fucking night. Especially because the one I worked at was slow so you'd end uo sitting around for hours on end with nothing to do. Shit was pretty fun with a co-worker though since you had someone to talk too. I also got my first blowjob in the back office. So that was pretty cool.

I worked at Arby’s, papa John’s, marco’s Pizza, a couple greasy spoons, and one actually decent restaurant as a line cook.
I actually respect Marco’s business model. Their cheese is legit shredded mozzarella, and not the little oil and milk culture “cheese” cubes that PJ’s uses, and they make their dough in-house instead of having it shipped in. Mushrooms are canned, tho.

Don’t eat anything at Arby’s except curly fries. Shouldn’t have to tell you that.

this
