People have been recommending SA here for years. Some anon just started making it into a forced meme like 2 months ago. It's honestly really good, but pretty expensive if you have to order it. It's also not super hot for a habanero sauce, so you'll end up using a lot more than hotter/thinner sauces. It's not incredibly sweet like lots of anons claim, but it's definitely a table sauce, and goes really well on lots of things. They describe it as kind of a Tex Mex/Caribbean hybrid in it's flavor.
