I am gonna make a; Lettuce, Tomato, Egg, Ham, Cheddar, Sandwich on brown bread, should I use Mayo or Ketchup on it.

Ketchup & Mayo(1/3 K, 2/3 M), also known as Fry Sauce in my home state, is pretty fucking good on any kind of burger, and probably goes well with a lot of meaty sandwiches.
