this really>>10710605 lots of cheap stuff out there, can pretty much eat whatever you want if you time it right
but otherwise boil eggs for breakfast. for lunch/dinner a good one is italian sausages. like 30 dollary doos for the whole week.

get some peppers/onions to cook with em. get a couple rolls and maybe some sauce/pasta to mix things up. I just cook everything in one go and eat it all week. can add a little olive oil to pasta if you want to cook it all at once and store in fridge so it doesnt turn into a block.

I’ll take another look tomorrow and see what’s on sale, I’ll give making pasta a go too, as long as its edible and doesn’t taste too bad i’ve made it.

Honestly the burger wasn’t the best, it was so greasy that I couldn’t even burp even after I took some sips of coke, overall grease ball.

>>10711069
I’m a stranger to canned fish, and fish in general. Do they come with the head intact? What part do you eat?

You know I recall eating some potatoea and roasted chicken from somewhere, and the potatoes where slices, some green, some purple and even red. I thought they taste pretty good, I want to try to recreate that without the food coloring.

>>10711656
Limiting myself to drinking it only when I eat fast food, also trying to eat out less.

Potatoes naturally come in multiple colours that can change when cooked.

Deviled kidneys, my way
Per person
2 lambs kidneys
Flour mix ;
• 3 parts flour
• 1 part dry mustard
• 1 part cayenne pepper
• 1 part fresh cracked black pepper
• 1 part salt
A teaspoon of butter
A fair splash of double cream
100ml light aromatic chix stock (with plenty of veg and herbs)
Lemon juice
Radish tops (the greens that are under a week old, washed and left whole)
2 pieces of seeded brown bread

Halve the kidneys and trim, then coat in the flour mix and shake off excess, before putting in the foaming butter in a pan
Brown gently ~2m, then remove from the pan, add the stock and then cream, and start to toast the bread
Reduce the sauce rapidly till it is a sexy shade of pale brown and coats the back of a spoon, then return the kidneys to this to coat them, as well as the radish tops, and set atop the toast
Eat with a glass of Beaujolais (Morgon is my favourite)
I was skint a long long time ago and wanted to impress a girl, and this dish has since held a place in my heart for being wonderful
The butter and cream aren't always cheap, but everything else is pennies
