I want to like mayo, but the problem is that all of it, literally ALL of it is made with soybean oil. I found ONE that didn't contain soybean oil, but it also contained NO FUCKING EGGS. So I don't eat mayo anymore.

Sucks being American. Anyhow making mayo is piss easy. Put an egg in a bowl with a tsp of mustard, some salt and sugae and whisk it together. Put a little vinegar or preferably lemon juice and blend it. Then it's just a matter of slowly adding small amoints of oil and whisking until you get a good consistency.

It's better than most mayonnaise I've tried. That being said, the only time I really ever eat mayo is on a BLT or blended with a bunch of spices and some pickle juice for a burger spread
