For me, it’s the King Oscar cross-pack brislings. They’re delicate and flavorful, there’s no need for accoutrements. Simply a fork.

I've never had sardines with crackers. I only ever eat them by themselves when I'm working construction. One can is like extended release crack. Deenz give you so much energy, I love them.

The royal and peaceful sardine has long been antagonized by the salty, putrid anchovy. Leave those treacherous fiends to your fish paste, and deenz for your palette

When trying new things you should definitely go for the higher quality stuff.
Bumblebee is just above bottom of the barrel store brand, and in water is the worst way to have them.

Anchovies are like eating a fist full of salt with a hint of fish, sardines are very oily and can be flavored many different ways. Sardines also usually have the bones still in the fish, it's edible and won't hurt you but if you dfon't like you fish with a bit of a crunch it might no be for you.

Even on pizza they need to be used sparingly because it's so salty, they're ok as an ingredient though like in caesar dressing.
