That's a store brand copy of Cholula, hence the orangey light color.
Cholula uses pequin peppers (among others) which are quite citrusy. I liken it to not so hot habanero or scotch bonnet. I like Cholula on eggs most of all because of its lack of vinegar and that bright not so hot chilies. It's also good on fresh masa in tamales, where corn and pork shine for homey goodness, or on fresh white fresca cheesy arepas.

Cholula (pic related) is part of the yummy food region of Puebla.
