Is these insanely large menus. When I was a kid McDonald's had like 3 or 4 burger types, fries, nuggets, shakes, and a few soda choices.
None of this McCafe/Signature sandwich/Limited time item etc BS.

One of these companies should bring things back to the way they used to be.

The main thing driving prices up is the constant devaluation of the money by the Jew-owned federal reserve bank and that has nothing to do with McDonalds serving bajelles except for the fact that bajelles are Jewchow.

Here here. Look at the success of In N Out. A simple menu with 4 items, burgers that can have stuff added/subtracted at will. Simple, easy. Some of these places like taco hell need to piss off with their giant menus. People shouldnt be eating 90 percent of that shit anyways.

20 years ago hardees did exactly that.
Big campaign...the president did a comercial saying "hey our food sucks because our menu is too big. We are going to do one thing right rather thsn everything poorly". And so they did...stripped the menu back to basics. For a few short years hardees was amazing. But over time they became bloated lazy sloppy and blind and now we have the same shitty hardees of 20 years ago.

I used to live in California, and I do not at all understand why people rave about In-N-Out so much. It's the biggest meme.

>Floppy unsalted fries with no flavor
>Burger that tastes of literally nothing but onion
>Soggy bun if you take your food and eat it anywhere but at the restaurant.

I've been to multiple different In-N-Outs and they're all consistently mediocre.

5 Guys is better, though the fries are still floppy. They have a similarly small menu, being a few minor variations on burgers and hot dogs, but with unlimited free toppings to customize for your price. These toppings can include grilled onions, mushrooms, and peppers for no extra cost. They get bonus points from me for also serving customizable milkshakes and being one of the only big chains to offer malts.

Let's not forget that McD's labor costs are skyrocketing with the new 'fresh beef cooked to order' shit.

Fuck Burger King. They're the assholes who started the whole customization in fast food thing. Used to be if you didn't like onions, you picked the fuckers off of your cheesepuck. Now, we all get to wait while some douchenozzle customizes his art burger over 9000 ways.

So now the dumbasses who once, i shit you not, served me two buns and pickle slices because i ordered my burger "pickle only" are expected to make mcflurries, ice cream, and now iced coffees on top of the other shit they're still incompetent with. I think there are a total of 5 items on the Five Guys menu and that's only because vegans can make a non meat sandwich from the toppings and bread.
Plenty of places keep it simple and do only a couple things right.
