Same here and I am almost 290lbs. I can eat more if they are in my favourite scrambled egg recipe, with onions, ham and diced tomatoes.

Fuck 92% of anything you read that has the string of characters "health" in it. Eat whatever your body craves. Just do it in smaller amounts if you want to lose weight, and larger amounts if you want to gain weight.

I quit all grains.

15 years a vegan, I stopped.

Five eggs a day, lactose intolerance gone instantly. I eat whole milk and cottage cheese or eggs and potatoes. Feel better than I have since high school AMA. Going to bed soon, will hit you all in the AM if I miss you tonight. Veganism is a disease. Even factory farmed is healthier than no meat and Im not happy about that truth.

It's not just the amount but what those calories represent, junk food ingestion brings a lot of fat, so even if keep the number of calories on an apparently reasonable number, if you don't burn the fat you'll gain weight on the long term.
