Co-worker got these with her new GPS. I have no idea if they're good or not, but nobody I know wants them.

Roll dubs, get a wine code.

Depends on where it was purchased. Some eabay seller may have had a ton of these to give away, or the codes are just meant to drive business to the web store.

No, they're just shit wines pitched to rubes who think they're getting a super seekrit good deal. People have tried it and posted the results, you can find the stories on any major wine website or /r/wine/

This was a thing with cigars during the cigar fad in the 90s, now it's a thing for wine now that millennials have "discovered" wine just like they "discovered" sriracha and avocados and so on

You're not doing anyone any favors by posting them other than the scammers themselves.

It's every shady marketing trick in the book all rolled into one. You get "special discount just for you". You get price anchoring. You get "angel investor seekrit inside deal" so rubes can feel just like Mark Cuban. You get "limited time only, you MUST act now". You get money back guarantees which they know nobody is going to take them up on because, technically, you will get wine, and who are you to say if it was good or not? You don't drink wine anyway.

I work in tech, every couple of weeks I get someone bugging me on Skype or some such thing saying "hey I heard you like wine, I got these discount cards", I really do not like these people.
