Hi op, you made me think of a veg that I haven't thought of in a long time. Haven't used the root, but I was given some leaves once. I find that celery tops are similar? and more available. The other night I bbq'd a good bit of celery tops in a cast iron with hazelnut oil, garlic, and mushrooms - I'm sure a fair bit of lovage would accompany this. I should probably plant some for next year. Thx op.
