I prefer homemade, but DESU, I'm too lazy to make the nice sauces and dice all the garnishes that make resto tacos good.

Can't get "home made" unless you grow your own flour and everything. You're always going to have something store bought, which is "fast"

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as Tacos, is in fact, not an dish unto itself, but rather a way of eating of a fully complete dish made consumable by the tortilla, garnish and vital the eating-experience comprising a full taco as defined by the user.
Many dishes users are eaten using modified version of the taco system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of this protocol which is widely used today is often called a dish, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the pre-cuterly Mexican eating system, developed by the Mexican culture through generations. There really is a taco, and these people are eating it, but it is just a part of the system they use.
taco is the carrier of the dish: the tortilla in the taco that allocates the ingredients of any dishes that you eat. The tortilla is an essential part of the Mexican table, but not too useful by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete meal. Tortillas are normally used in combination of meat, vegetables or fish: the whole taco is basically a tortilla with the main dish added, or tortilla/dish. All the so-called “taco” distributions are really distributions of meals with tortillas.

Since I live right next to the most Hispanic city in California, I'd go with fast food ones. Ironically enough, it's also the most dangerous city in the county.

i do lettuce wraps now adays since i stopped eating many carbs so i generally cook at home.

fast food tacos. not for taste but for convenience. time, effort, and electric/gas used in cooking them doesn't justify the imperceptible difference in quality unless it's some fancy ass shit or like a fish taco.
