I didn't say everyone who drinks soda is going to get fat, if you can drink soda and maintain a healthy weight it doesn't matter which you drink. I'm saying the fact that diet cannot contribute to weight gain does make it objectively 'healthier' for lack of better words.

What they should do is make a diet soda with 5 different artificial sweeteners. That way, there won't be enough of any single sweetener to have negative effects on your body. It's sort of like distributing your weight over a sheet of ice so you don't fall in the lake.

I wear a damp neckerchief that I rewet with cool water when I can, or at least I did. Wearing the appropriate attire really helps, you actually start to want that insulation after a while to prevent dehydration. And if you get an excuse to wet yourself and wash away the sweat do it. I've seen salt crystals literally grow on peoples skin once it dries.

And no I don't stand still, but yeah you have to stay on that line man.

Zero calorie sweeteners being linked to diabetes and weight gain are both pretty strongly documented you fat fuck.
>This chemical that tricks my body into releasing insulin doesn't affect my diabetes at all
>This chemical that causes my blood sugar levels to crash doesn't make me hungry and therefore eat more calories to compensate

But again, your defensiveness about consuming candy water kind of makes your opinions on the matter moot anyway; I wouldn't expect someone addicted to heroin to acknowledge it dangerous enough to quit either.
