If someone buys a Hawaiian pizza I'll have some. It's ok but would never pay for one. My favorite hated topping is anchovies but only if they give you a tin on the side. Black olives are also good. Pepperoni is overrated.

Honestly my problem is more with the cuts than the ingredients themselves. Pineapple and ham on pizza is fine if they give you nice thin slices. But to many places want to give huge chunks and that's nasty.
