Whomst'd've here enjoys Mexican macro lagers like Corona and Modelo? They're great summer beers IMO. Low alcohol so you don't get dehydrated quickly, but not too low, and they taste slightly better than BMC and company. The only things I hate about them are that the calories to alcohol ratio is probably the highest among all types of beers, and they cost almost as much as lower-end craft beers, so it's hard to justify buying them when it's not summer.

I don't buy Corona or Modelo but I do like it. Mom use to drink Corona almost exclusively and recently has switched to Modelo strangely enough. It's always nice to have one whenever I go to visit Mom or she comes to town to visit.

Never with a lime, but that's Dad's spanish beer of voice. I've had them. Still, stuff like corona, modelo, tecate, dos x, they are okay but not my favorite. I'll just drink them if they are around and I usually enjoy them. When I buy beer I have to buy those garbage black as death beers. Imperial stouts and shit. Maybe I'm just so use to those that any lighter beer would seem refreshing.

Seasonal beers and themed beers are there to enjoy the variety of taste to people who have a palate that's evolved past eating fucking grass.

This shit is like crack for me, it basically tastes overwhelmingly like peaches but in a good way it's very fruity but not too sweet at the same time.

I don't care about what my friends think they all have terrible taste in drinks.

Been drinking Upper Canada lager the last few summers, cheap and it gets the job done.

Found some high life to compare. The golden banquet is less hoppy and has a cleaner finish. They're both drinkable as hell though.
