Youtube is a brutal platform that really favors lowest common denominator garbage, like Fortnite videos and toy unboxing junk. A lot of quality shit just gets buried or is literally impossible to search for using their crap search engine. You can type verbatim the exact title of a video in the search bar and it shows up 3 pages deep.

Most of his recipes are shit, specially the international ones, but he does show some interesting tricks and methods from time to time. Also hate most of his shitty forced humor.

A great example is the time he aged his own beef, that seres was pretty complete overall. He first goes to an expert, gets the theory, then tries to replicate it, analyzes his results and finally gives conclusions, advice and says what he could have done better

Wrong. This is a mistake many people make on youtube. If he were to post everyday he would likely get less views. Think about it. Lets say you are his fan. If he uploaded a new video every single day would you watch it? Probably not, you'd skip it most likely knowing there is another one tomorrow. You'd probably end up skipping the one tomorrow too. Then you'd forget about it all together. In the end you'd only end up watching every 10-15th video he posted if it looked interesting. However if you know that there is only going to be one video for the next week you are more likely to click it that second rather than forget about it. Why not? Its only 20 minutes and its not like he's going to upload again tomorrow, plus you haven't watched one of his video's in weeks.

There are literally thousands of channels with godawful subscriber to view ratios. This type of degradation is very common.

He has over a million subs and gets 10-15k views on his videos. Channels that have been around for more than 3-4 years usually end up like this. Those that are able to innovate new content that will somehow keep an audience that subscribed for something else entirely (which they are now bored of) engaged are rare outliers. An example of that would be Sorted food who are still doing well despite years on the platform as a result of switching their format completely multiple times.

I don't believe you at all. You'd have to be a very dedicated neet to watch all of it. There is a lot of content on the internet. Most people aren't going to be die hard fans that watch you everyday. They are going to get overwhelmed with content so it is better to upload only a few good videos. More people will tune in. If a guy you like uploads once a month, you're going to watch that video the instant you see it. If a guy you like uploads once a day you will put it off because today you just feel like watching gaming videos or anime clips.
