Water. A sophisticated palette like mine doesn't have a tolerance built up to an excessive amount of sugar, so sweetened teas, sodas, etc. will taste cloying and unsatisfying, and make me nauseous. Unsweetened seltzer water is also good. I've heard that Gatorade has a "G2" line now that is lower in sugar, that might be acceptable too.

I think most places in the USA are required to give you access to free water from a sink. They probably made this a law so that nobody dies from thirst when it was easily avoided. You're paying for the water to be made safe to drink and/or for the convenience of being in a bottle though.
