I've eaten all 3 of those when I was in korea and additionally live sea cucumber chopped up and served with golchujang from a pojangmacha (포장마차) and I'm american. The live octopus was excellent. The blood soup had a good flavor but the chunk of coagulated blood in it was a bit of a turnoff. They used to serve it a couple times/week at the ROKA messhall I ate at a lot.
