Depends on the complications during labor and delivery, which no one really knows until the complications actually happen in the moment, from breech, from struggling with long labor, to really fast labor. Pregnancy pressure and labor itself can wreck and tear tendons which sling the bladder in place, resulting in a weak pelvic floor, which can prevent any kind of exercise without having bladder repercussions. Tearing from an overly large baby in someone with very small frame and hips (why teens shouldn't have sex nor babies), can be a lifetime of symptoms from reduced feeling, to pain from scarring. Cutting through nerves is never a good thing. They don't always heal right.
Cesareans offer just as many complications, surprisingly.

Not everyone gets any complications from either procedure. It's maybe about luck, and not even about fitness before and afterwards. Let's call it good genes, too.
