Today is the day I'm going vegetarian. After reading one short article I've decided I'm going to do it for my health.
I just thought I'd share it because it has a massive impact on me.

That's stupid. Meat can be an incredibly healthy addition to your diet as long as you dont couple it with bullshit like white bread or other simple/refined carbs.

White and simple/refined carbs can be an excellent source of calories as long as you don't combine it with being an obese sack of shit.

Eating meat is fine. but I'd only feast on meat once or twice a month.
The rest of the time, skim milk will provide all the protein the body needs. I add aspartame to my skim milk to make it taste good.

The only vitamin that the human body can make on its own is vitamin D. How retarded are you?

Unless you have a condition where eating meat is hazardous, there's no good reason to go vegetarian or vegan. Just eat normal portions (3-4 ounces) and limit red meat to once a week at most.
