it includes:

brown rice ramen cooked in miso
grass fed butter
grass fed smoked beef sausage
vinegar-free sauerkraut with carrots
capers
brown mustard
grated pecorino romano

Wtf is that? Sauerkraut should always be vinegar free since it's lactose fermented cabbage. It ain't sauerkraut by definition if it contains vinegar - it's something entirely different.

Whether your experiment was a success I can't say, of course, but I give you an A for attempting it. Ultimately random experimentation by iconoclasts are how the classics we acknowledge today were developed.
