I bought like 4 litres of hot sauce cause the store had a really good deal on it. Only problem, it isn't spicy at all, either due to expiration or just being a bad hot sauce.

However, I also happen to have a huge surplus of cayenne pepper. I am thinking I may just dump a whole bag of cayenne pepper in there. I have a 33 gram bag, a 125 gram bag, and a 97 gram bag, and a 450 gram plastic container. Which one would be best to dump in?

Measure a smaller amount out and see how much cayenne it takes to get it the way you want, then multiply it up for the rest of the batch. Or just do it on a case by case basis.

What is this hot sauce meme you habe going in america? I’m spanish and my family plants habaners and otger spicy pepper every year; once they’re ripe, wechop them up and put it inside bottles which we fill with olive oil. If you want spicy food just add the oil during cooking or just after.
