My favorite sandwich is a breakfast sandwich, which is weird because I'm not a huge fan of eggs.
Korean toast is a surprisingly good take on it.

Pork rib sandwich.

Probably even better with better with beef short ribs, but I've never had it.

Tuna w/ onion/pickle and sometimes tomato

Dense rye bread, mustard, slice of braunschweiger, thinly sliced onions. Pickle and vodka on the side. Simple but satisfying.
