So I got a nice little recipe for ya!
Get some butter, roughly cut up tomatoes
Green onions that are cut in half
A couple garlic cloves
Salt and Pepper to taste

place them in a small cake dish, start with putting the green onion as the base, followed my the cloves of garlic, then the tomatoes then butter on top.

Cover it all with a sheet of foil, Bake that shit on 375 for 45 minutes
[try not to open the foil it will let out all that steam]

Boom you got some really good roasted vegis that go really good with any can fish with crackers or sourdough bread!

For fisherman's eggs:
If you use the sardines in mustard sauce and mix it with a can of anchovies, the taste is phenomenal.

also, when applying the eggs, break the yolk and stir it a bit.

It's more so a schooling quiche/egg casserole, but its quite good.

Garlic power, Chopped Onion, and Oregano a must to the fish base, salt and pepper for the egg post cook.

Delicious deenz pasta recipe here.

You begin by making the olive oil garlic sauce used for aglio e olio as your pasta boils, using the deenz oil as part of your oil sauce. I like cooking red pepper flakes and black pepper into this oil along with the garlic. Once the garlic just begins to brown, add cherry tomatoes and cook over medium heat until they burst and release their juice.

Add dried herbs and the deenz, then simmer, mashing tomatoes and deenz into a gravy. Make sure to have a cup of starchy pasta water on hand to replenish the sauce's water content as it simmers. Once it is simmered to your satisfaction, take it off the heat, melt in a tablespoon of butter, add a tablespoon of cream, and salt and pepper to taste.

Add to pasta pot along with al dente pasta and parmesan cheese. Melt together over low heat, adding remaining reserved pasta water to bring sauce to final consistency. Serve.

Bad attempt at a joke, "Hell Night" was a thing at a well-known (now closed) seafood restaurant in Cambridge that made that Inner Beauty sauce

I'm an /alck/ eating canned fish alone with hot sauce, "Personal Hell Night" get it, hahaha I'll stop posting now

Only just discovered tinned fish recently with mackerel. 90yen for a whole fish, either miso or soy flavoured. Heat it up in the microwave for a minute or so, serve with a side of rice, bloody delicious.

Might see if I can find some deenz today, never tried them before.

Of course you can find them, they're in every store. Some places even have a king Oscar, though I've never tried that brand.

If you live near a Kaldi definitely try King of Kings in chili sauce they're my favorite deenz one had in Japan.

Do the fisherman's eggs if you really want to get hooked on this shit. Sautee garlic and onions, dump that and deenz into an oven safe bowl at 450 for ten minutes. Crack 3 eggs on top (don't break the yolks) and bake for ten more minutes. Eat with or without toast

Gotta be honest. I buy them, make no mistake. But brunswick is way worse than oscar and shit. You can eat these any way you want, but canned tuna in oil is better than this, on bread crackers or otherwise. These are best out of can IMO

Thanks for the thread OP. but please don't make a "general" style thread again. It makes things seem regimented instead of spontaneous and relaxed. Let the deens meme ebb and flow. If a whole month goes by before another one it'll be all the sweeter to see er again. But that's just my opinion, so of course, you can pepper to taste. - song anon

Chinks live on fish and they've never steered me wrong. If these were made for export I might worry, but they're marketed to their own people. I found some szechuan ones the other day that were out of this world.

Since I'm a deenz pleb I used the whole pile of toast. I added a sprinkle of lemon pepper and oregano, and that with the olive oil/garlic was a bit more palatable than straight deenz. Tasted a lot like tuna, to my surprise. These threads made me buy some oysti bois, going to try those a bit later.
