Did you buy or make it? What is the ingredient list? Peanut butters have a nice thick and rich flavor with a sweet salty undertone depending on the recipe/brand. The texture is very satisfying to eat and makes a good glue for snacks, sandwiches or a fatty emulsifier in sauces and dessert fillings.

I also ate peanut butter for the first time a few months ago. I love peanuts, and i can't believe i lived without it my entire life. If you are eating just a plain peanut butter sandwich, then try washing It down with a glass of milk, and also try adding bananas to the sandwich. The roast taste of the peanuts, and the sweetness of the bananas go hand in hand.

Any time I've had peanut butter that tastes like just peanuts it's been the all natural no added sugar stuff. I've got a grocery store has a nut grinder that lets you bulk grind and buy your own nut butter and it tastes like just peanuts because it literally is just peanuts. I dont know what you're eating but it would probably help to add honey or jelly.

I fucking love peanut butter/chocolate desserts and candies. It's good whipped into cream cheese or greek yogurt and a little bit of honey or powdered sugar.
